The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting Zignal’s revenue-generating teams and internal tools, with a focus on service delivery, sales, marketing, and cross-functional processes. They will be a key contributor to our success, leveraging strategic thinking and tech stack skills to deploy solutions that support revenue growth and retention through increased efficiency and business insights. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will partner with business lead stakeholders to develop and support processes including our SFDC account data management, forecast reports & visualizations, and customer-facing surveys. The Business Operations Specialist will also manage projects across the Go-To-Market teams from scope development to task tracking and timeline reporting.

They will be a key contributor to our success, leveraging strategic thinking and tech stack skills to deploy solutions that support revenue growth and retention through increased efficiency and business insights. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will partner with business lead stakeholders to develop and support processes including our SFDC account data management, forecast reports & visualizations, and customer-facing surveys. Responsibilities:
- Develop Salesforce reports, dashboards and analytics to help track key performance indicators, integrated across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure that business processes and systems are generating accurate data
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop and manage project plans and timelines, and address and escalate any roadblocks or risks to ensure project success
- Providing support to Salesforce users in all groups to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and system configuration
- Audit, update, and streamline our internal and externally-facing tools and processes
- Data cleansing and maintenance – manage data cleansing projects and implement best practices for ongoing data integrity
- Balance general oversight of technical Salesforce development, ongoing enhancements, system maintenance and user support to ensure that our Salesforce org is optimized and is scalable to meet our mission
You are:
- Experienced in revenue operations or related business operations role at an enterprise SaaS or software company with responsibility for implementation of Salesforce processes
- Excited to expand skills, particularly learning new tools and processes
- Comfortable owning and balancing multiple projects simultaneously
- Curious, driven, looking to make an impact on company growth by problem solving to support broader company goals
- You are a self-starter who seeks out problems to solve
- Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency
- Passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem, have a deep understanding of its technical
- Data- and results-driven
You have:
- 3+ years of sales ops or equivalent revenue operations experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce Lightning administration experience -- certification preferred
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to) Flows (Workflow/Process Builder), validation rules, security settings, custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, custom objects, dashboards, and reports
- Experience with other connected applications such a Pendo, Hubspot, Groove, Litmos, Zapier, and other 3rd party applications
- Analytical experience and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Cross-functional project management experience in a b2b sales environment
- Strong problem solving, priority setting, multi-tasking, analytical and collaboration skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve
- Capacity and enthusiasm for fast-paced high growth, changing environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop requirements for applications based on user input and needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including listening and ability to explain multi
