Your team is working on a vital part of our product suite: the onboarding. Once our customers decided to start their CSAT journey with us there are numerous steps involved to unlock the full value for them. You will play an important role in productizing this process and help the customer to have a smooth and fast experience when getting started with SoSafe.

 

Your mission

· Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering their growth and development while promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture

· Take accountability for the overall performance and success of your team, ensuring delivery on key objectives and driving continuous improvement

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, align priorities, and drive towards common goals

· Lead by example in adhering to best practices, standards, and efficient processes, ensuring the reliability and scalability of team deliverables

· Champion innovation and drive the implementation of new ideas and technologies to improve team performance and enhance overall business outcomes

· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner

· Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for growth and development within your team and the organization as a whole

· Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, empowering team members to reach their full potential and achieve shared objectives

· Support the team in the breakdown of complex problem into small increments that can be delivered regularly and allow quick iterations and testing out new ideas

· Identify and mitigate technical risks that may impact delivery, implementing incremental mitigation strategies over time

· Advocate for the right level of investment in solutioning and strive for robust implementations, providing reliable estimations and preventing system clutter

· Foster a collaborative mindset, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and empowering team members to take ownership of their work.

 

Your Profile

· 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve business objectives.

· Curiosity and openness to learning, embracing change, and proactively adapting to new requirements and environments.

· Strong product and business acumen, you really understand how to built a valuable product with real-work impact.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and holistic approach to complex challenges.

· Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring on-time and safe delivery of new product capabilities.

· Experience in utilizing product and engineering metrics to unlock the full potential of the team and maximize overall product impact.

· Mastery in software engineering principles and effective design patterns suitable for different development scenarios.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and mentorship.

· Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, with a keen interest in driving innovation and excellence.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

· Fluent in English and optionally German

· You are a team player and open-minded for after-work socialising.
