Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management

Superlanet is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Management to support our healthcare client in Texas. This role is critical in bridging operational business needs with technology solutions, driving efficiency and optimization across supply chain operations. The analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and system administrators to design, document, and implement impactful solutions that enhance performance, accuracy, and visibility within supply chain systems. This is a direct-hire opportunity, with travel expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business areas to understand operational and reporting needs related to supply chain management.

Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, business rules, and operational processes.

Collaborate with developers and system administrators/analysts to define and implement technology solutions.

Recommend workflow and practice changes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Participate in application testing and troubleshooting during development or after deployment.

Provide system stewardship and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Develop and deliver business reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.

Coordinate design specifications, development, and implementation of both custom-built and vendor-based solutions.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for business stakeholders.

Support project-related activities and assist in project documentation and tracking.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare supply chain or business analytics.

Demonstrated expertise in supply chain operations, preferably within a healthcare environment.

Experience working with ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.).

Familiarity with drone logistics, autonomous delivery systems, or warehouse robotics.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

7+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain analytics.

Experience with healthcare compliance and materials management standards.

Experience in Workday Supply Chain Management

Experience with strategic sourcing, value analysis, and clinical collaboration.

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP)

Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Six Sigma or Lean Certification
