We are looking for a Systems Divestiture Solution Developer to join our team to support the Army Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management Comptroller, Business Transformation Innovation, STANFINS Team.

The successful candidate will assist with data migration from legacy system to target systems including running robotics process automations. They will also capture/document lessons learned pertaining to Solutions development from your working groups.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Leading/facilitating discussions for solutions working groups/workshops.
• Providing status updates on workshops.
• Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and due outs.
• Hosting break-out sessions to deep-dive specific processes and/or issues.
• Coordinating with enterprise architect & divestiture solutions teams.
• Identifying system gaps & recommending solutions.
• Determining as-is system processes and developing courses of action for migration to target system.
• Leading course of action development discussions within assigned working groups and team.
• Contributing to risk assessment processes
• Other duties as assigned.

At a minimum you should have:

• An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
• A bachelor’s degree in a non-STEM field.
• 15+ years' experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC.
• Experience with Army legacy accounting systems.
• At least 2 years’ experience leading cross-domain planning meetings.
• At least 5-10 years' experience in Army budget and/or accounting.
• The ability to work with various departments to facilitate orderly development of solution planning documentation.
• Intermediate experience in MS Office Products (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
• Experience drafting written communication for or to executive leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
• The ability to work autonomously and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.

You will be highly desirable if you have:

• Experience in Standard Finance System, Operational Data Store, and General Fund Enterprise Business System.
• Experience in using Visio.
• Experience in using Visual Basic for analytics.

Estimated Salary Range: $177,000 - $245,000
