Compensation We’ll pay you an HOURLY salary of $32-$35.

About the Job 

We need you to fill the role of an AQUATICS GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR. This is a SEASONAL, NON-EXEMPT position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:   

· Setting up, instructing, and closing each of your group exercise classes in a professional and timely manner. 

· Communicating with the Aquatics Director and class participants if there are any changes with your classes. For example, if you are unable to lead your class, it is your responsibility to find a substitute and notify your supervisor as far in advance. 

· Demonstrate and display commitment to the community in numerous and noteworthy ways by creating an enjoyable atmosphere that is educational and safe to participate in. 

Requirements

Job Requirements

· Possess a valid Group Exercise Instructor certification 

· American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)
