What You Will Do:

The Operations Supervisor, AWW oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management) and

manages the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function.

• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines

• Manages employee performance, development and training / skills matrix to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations.

• Practice and Maintain 5S standards in the workplace; ensures all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards; ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety, Ethics, Compliance, and Quality protocols

• Monitors manufacturing production performance to business KPI’s for Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and cost; drive a Continuous improvement culture across the operations workforce focusing on process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations is meeting company targets.

• Supports scheduling initiatives so that production schedules are completed in line with customer demand

• Supports material management processes in coordinating activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure materials availability is in line with production schedules

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment or an Associate's degree and 7 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment

• In absence of a degree, 9 or more years' experience in an engineering, machining, manufacturing, operations management or quality environment

• Prior experience in a leadership role and experience interacting effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Technical knowledge of CNC machinery and the practices and processes to operate these in an effective manner

• Experience using SAP

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
