Responsibilities:

• You work in a global customer service team responsible for order fulfillment in the OTC (Order to Cash) process.
• You support daily business operations and are responsible for relevant tasks including but not limited to order processing, claim management, maintenance and updating of master data and key figures for internal reporting.
• You coordinate and communicate with external distributors and business partners as well as internal departments in order to fulfill commercial agreements.
• You work with a strong customer focus on improving internal and external processes in the international distributor business.

Qualifications:

• You are currently enrolled at a university and ideally have prior experience as a working student in an industrial environment.
• You work well under pressure and according to defined deadlines, have above-average commitment and can organize yourself in an independent and responsible manner.
• You communicate fluently in German and English with international partners, internal and external.
• You are an experienced user of MS Office applications; SAP experience is desirable.
• You are proactive, a team player and would like to gain experience with international distribution of Vileda products.
