Position Overview:

V3 Electric is seeking a Pipeline Coordinator to join our Pipeline Success Team, ensuring the smooth progression of solar projects from contract to installation. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of solar project milestones to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track & manage solar projects through all key milestones, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, permitting, installation) to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays.
• Communicate with customers regarding project status, documentation, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with utility and jurisdictional requirements.
• Update and maintain records in internal systems for accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with solar project milestones (e.g., permitting, interconnection, PTO).
• Experience in project coordination or administrative roles (solar industry preferred).
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in tracking & updating project data in CRM or project management tools.

Pay Range: $18.50-23
