Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

• Lead decision making process to procure real estate to support our global office footprint.
• Lead the development of the right sized footprint given the future of work in a post Covid environment.
• Manage real estate team.
• Manage broker relationships in our fully outsourced real estate model.
• Manage real estate decisions within set operating expense and capital expense budgets.
• Lead the Planning/Design and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to stand up new offices and/or refresh existing offices within time and budget constraints.
• Evolve our workplace design guidelines and construction guidelines to embrace our Environmental Sustainability objectives.
• Partner with Employee Work Flows product team to implement ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery app, and engage in Now on Now development.
• Partner with WPS operations, Security & Safety, Digital Technology, Brand and others on cross-functional requirements for the built environment
• Lead identification and execution of process improvements including processes for interface with Legal, Finance, Digital Technology and other stakeholders

 

Qualifications

 

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Combined 10+ years of experience in real estate, planning & design, project management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working in a PMO or running projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing a team
• Lean six sigma certification a plus
• Experience managing a department budget and working closely with a finance organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (analyzing data, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of 138,600 - 255,960, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
