Automotive Service Dispatcher

Duties for this position include dispatching work orders to technicians, tracking workflow through the shop, arranging necessary repairs to maintain service flow and schedules, relay work orders, messages, and information to technicians. The dispatcher will also record and maintain shop work both digitally and with route sheet and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.

Working is performed indoors, occasional exposure to a shop environment with exposure to elevated noise levels. May spend up to a full work shift work with PCs and telephones. A valid driver license and good driving record is required.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have prior dispatching or technician experience, be methodical in handling and processing paperwork, detail orientated, and have experience in the Automotive industry. A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
