Manager, GxP LearningOperations

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will execute the Learning Operations strategy to simplify the day-to-day processes and continuously improve across Global Quality and GxP in partnership with critical stakeholders and end users across the Learning Ecosystem. This will include serving as a contact for connecting with Global Learning Services, ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) meets end users and business needs. This role will partner closely with the Learning Process, Governance, and Metrics pillar in motivating change, continuous improvement, and overall growth and transformation of the learning landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Learning operations specific to intake, overall LMS processes, and day to day activities
  • Implement the overall Learning Operations model ensuring communications and appropriate capability building opportunities are provided to the learning ecosystem.
  • Define and transform overall learning intake process based on collaborator and end user feedback.
  • Participate and review system release management documentation into materials for training all staff.
  • Provide guidance on Learning operations process to end users and the Learning Ecosystem
  • Assess and implement solutions across the Learning Ecosystem to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Support site and functional areas during on LMS functionality such as reports or requests during regulatory inspections and / or audits

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

Or

Master’s degree and 2 years of GxP Experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of GxP Experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 8 years of GxP Experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of GxP Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Biotech / pharmaceutical / GxP industry or experience in a highly regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong change management skills and demonstrated ability to simplify and improve the business processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills under resource constraints and time pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
