Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Drive contract analytics and financial impact tools for optical insurance contracts.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop and manage complex analytical models for data analysis.
• Oversee the execution of RCM system initiatives and reconciliation plans.
• Lead communication efforts with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

 

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in optical insurance contracts and revenue cycle management.
• Strong skills in contract review, business strategies, and data analytics.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Experience in leadership and risk mitigation within the healthcare industry.

About the team

The Health and Wellness Payer team is dedicated to optimizing our optical insurance operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving profitability. This role is pivotal in synthesizing insights, supporting contract negotiations, and aligning with business strategies to enhance our market share and financial goals.
