This position will drive growth and profitability of certain market segments in their assigned territory through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service. May require 25% or more of overnight travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives growth and profitability of National Accounts through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service.
Develops and maintains profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
Assists customers with loss prevention meetings, claims issues, and product training.
Provides training to customers on products and services.
Develops annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Implements, develops, and leads recruiting and interview selection process for new producers.
Leads market and product training for new producers.
Leads sales strategy calls with new producers (CRISP).
Supervises Technical Insurance Training.
Coordinates and supports the development of product and sales training.
Provides guidance and training to assigned employees.
Other duties as assigned.

Property and Casualty Insurance License
Life and Health Insurance License
Licenses as required by the state(s) in which the employee is doing business.
Pursuit of technical education required and should have or actively seek CIC, AAI, or CPCU designations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years of marketing, sales, and management experience in the insurance and automotive aftermarket industry.
Professional Property and Casualty Insurance designations and state insurance license.
Able to learn and utilize company-approved software and business system applications.
Able to interpret and analyze data, insurance policies, and financial statements.
Understands and is able to work within a regulatory environment.
Understands and can apply techniques to manage multiple priorities.
Possesses and is able to demonstrate a high level of motivation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understands the importance of, and demonstrates a commitment to, personal and professional growth.
Understands Arrowhead’s market and competitors and their business operations.
Demonstrates the drive and ability to meet and exceed company expectations with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license.
Routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
Valid driver’s license and possess an acceptable motor vehicle record at the time of hire and periodically thereafter.
Maintain the minimum acceptable insurance coverages and limits as defined by Arrowhead/Brown & Brown.
