And, we are continuing to grow in a smart, sound way.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review, process, upload and update customer and style data, using Excel, SQL, pre-written Python scripts and proprietary tools</li> <li>Maintain high level of accuracy of data added to customers’ accounts and JOOR’s database</li> <li>Communicate directly with clients to provide status updates and guidance/support on JOOR’s data standards and processes, and to request edits to be made to ensure error-free data uploads </li> <li>Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions to internal teams and clients</li> <li>Write and maintain queries that allow the Data Team to update data quickly and efficiently for clients</li> <li>Work cross-functionally on high-impact projects that help increase efficiency of data processing</li> <li>Participate in the design and maintenance of key reports </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We would LOVE to hear from you: </strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years of experience working with data and stakeholders to surface actionable insights and inform decisions</li> <li>Expert knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms. Experience building, configuring, and managing high-quality data pipelines using tools like {Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc}, {dbt, Airflow, etc}, and {Looker, Tableau, etc} to enable analysis and visualization</li> <ul> <li>Alternative: <em>Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including experience in data modeling, query performance, and query optimization</em></li> </ul> <li>Comfortable with end-to-end data workflows including analysis, reporting, and presenting evidence-based conclusions in a compelling way</li> <ul> <li>Alternative: <em>Experience working with business stakeholders to understand problems and engineers to understand data sources, and experience influencing strategy with data</em></li> </ul> <li>Familiarity with at least one scripting language (i.e. Python)</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Total Compensation: €48,000 - €52,000 + company performance bonus &amp; stock options </li> <li>Access to Market Weeks to see the product in action.</li> <li>Collaborate with our teams in global offices around the world</li> <li>Need a break?
