Responsibilities
Serve as a product manager for the internal contract system, maintaining a global perspective on product development, and balancing regional needs with the company's strategic goals.
Spearhead overseas deployment projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align system specifications with regional compliance requirements.
Drive the development and management of role permissions and data dashboard modules, enhancing user experience and data accessibility.
Gather and analyze user feedback to manage and optimize the system to meet the needs of our global user base.
Enhance collaboration in drafting, negotiating, approving, and signing contracts while ensuring the security and compliance of contract data.
Define product metrics, monitor system performance, and continually improve product features based on data analysis.
Act as the primary point of contact for gathering and managing requirements and data from various geographic regions, facilitating smooth and clear communication.
Mentor junior Product Managers.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Management, Data Science, Analytics (any), Business, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Management, Data Science, Analytics (any), Business, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;
Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel;
Product data analysis, modeling, and reporting to assist business develop strategies and insights; and
Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning and marketing.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $179171 - $311600 per year
