You will be well-equipped in this role to assist on a day-to-day basis, the operational management of our global logistics processes and in turn, play a crucial part in complementing our pace of growth. As a Working Student in the Business Team at NavVis, comprising Business Operations, Finance, Legal, and Order Management specialists, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with several stakeholders in different teams within the company - such as Sales, Order Management, Design & Engineering, etc. - as well as our customers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- You will support with the organization of end-to-end logistics process by booking the transport and preparing relevant documentation in compliance with international trade laws and regulations
- You will coordinate the pick-ups and arrivals with the warehouse
- You will be responsible for various important administrative tasks, which will enable you to keep track of ongoing shipments
- You will support the customs clearance process both for export and import processes
- Besides distribution, you will support the reverse logistics of our products to our service and maintenance center
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- You are currently enrolled in a German university and studying Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Prior experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management Operations role
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and task management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German for successful coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your day-to-day tasks
- Detailed-oriented approach and ability to cope with time-critical situations with ease
