Primary Purpose:
Leads advanced financial planning and scenario modeling using system analytical and visualization tools to optimize corporate financial performance and inform strategic decisions. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads complex financial planning initiatives, applying advanced analytical techniques to develop innovative solutions to support corporate strategy.
- Conducts in-depth analyses of operational effectiveness and capacity utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Develops and refines financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Evaluates potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, providing strategic recommendations based on thorough financial and market analysis.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership, influencing decisions through data-driven insights and persuasive communication.
- Monitors and interprets market trends and competitor performance, integrating findings into strategic planning processes.
- Leads functional projects or teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines while managing risks effectively.
- Prepares and presents complex financial concepts and recommendations, negotiating with stakeholders to adopt innovative approaches.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

- Financial Planning - Ability to analyze and evaluate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and support long-term organizational objectives. Skilled in leveraging financial data and predictive models to optimize expenditure, savings strategies, and investment decisions for improved financial performance.
- Financial Analysis - Analyzes the financial statements and data to provide insights about the financial performance and position of the organization over time.
