Description:
The Practice Manager identifies and solves problems and complaints from patients, visitors, and staff within scope of responsibility. Coordinates billing and revenue capture procedures with activities of other departments. Assists Network Director in development and implementation of Medical Group and Health Center objectives and programs. Implements the Medical Group and Health Center policies through appropriate registration and billing procedures. Performs technical duties of all supervised staff as necessary. Travels between locations as appropriate.Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Four years supervisory experience in patient registration/health care setting and 5-7 years of experience in revenue, medical billing, financial counseling or an ambulatory medical practice setting.
- Working knowledge of electronic health record (Epic preferred), medical terminology, and third-party payors.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service/hospitality skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working schedule.
- Strong computer skills. e.g. Microsoft products, Tableau.
