The team is focused on providing <strong>CI/CD Platform as a Service</strong> for our Engineering department:</p><ul><li>We strive to empower Engineering with automated, robust, fast, easy-to-use CI/CD. </li><li>We treat the CI/CD system as a real Production (defined SLA and SLOs, updates verification, Alpha testing, monitoring + alerting, backups, DR testing, documentation, inventory, scaling, costs optimization)</li><li>We create and share tools and best practices around CI/CD Platform, delivering and supporting common approaches for:<ul><li>Creating projects from templates,</li><li>Using builders (Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn, Fastlane),</li><li>Effective usage of CI builders,</li><li>Security checks,</li><li>Release management,</li><li>Publishing artifacts,</li><li>And more!</li></ul></li><li>Under the hood: Bitbucket, TeamCity, Nexus, SonarQube, Trivy and a number of Java integrations.</li></ul><p><strong>Our Team Values:</strong></p><ul><li>Rationality,</li><li>Agile,</li><li>Product/service kind work approach:<ul><li>Our products and services should satisfy 100% needs out of 80% of customers,</li><li>Product-kind approach to owned components and systems: development, testing, support, backward compatibility, documentation,</li><li>PaaS-kind approach for CI/CD system.</li></ul></li><li>Promote shift left via enabling developers,</li><li>No tolerance for toil,</li><li>Disruptive innovations,</li><li>Gather and maintain an actual trustful knowledge base.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Must-have skills:</strong></p><ul></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a similar DevOps Engineer position,</li><li>Sharing our team values,</li><li>Systematic engineering mindset,</li><li>Wide tech horizon (dev languages, build tools, CI/CD services, best practices all over SDLC),</li><li>Understand what production support means. And be ready to provide it incl. customer service,</li><li>Proven experience with CI/CD systems setup, maintenance, and pipeline optimization.
