Service Advisor – Phil’s Auto (Carlisle, OH)
Location: 343 Central Ave, Carlisle, OH 45005
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM EST
Pay: $19.00 – $23.50 per hour + bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Deliver a warm, professional customer experience
- Write service estimates & manage repair orders
- Support workflow management and daily shop operations
- Communicate clearly with customers & technicians
- Source parts, manage inventory & ensure accurate invoicing
- Drive sales execution with a people-first approach
- Maintain organization, follow-up, and accountability
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of service writing or customer-facing automotive experience
- Strong communication, multitasking & follow-through skills
- Ability to manage workflow and support shop operations
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfort using Microsoft tools & shop management software
