SUMMARY
Qualified individuals serve in the Information Technology department of the Dallas Cowboys. Candidate is responsible for ensuring project data is accurate and clean within the PPM solution; and building meaningful reports and dashboards to present project information. The candidate may also lead technology projects while adhering to established project management processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Become familiar with the PPM software functionality.
• Assist with building and updating software training guides, as needed.
• Maintain data integrity by analyzing PPM data to ensure project data is accurate and complete.
• Build custom reports and dashboards within the PPM platform for stakeholders, department leaders and resource managers.
• Follow project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Lead and manage some technology projects with guidance.
• Provide project updates on a regular basis to project stakeholders.
• Assist in improving the efficiency of the IT organization.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to IT projects, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Pursuing a college degree preferred
• Interest in project management skills
• Proven communication skills; both written and oral with technical, non-technical staff, and all levels of management
• Proven organization skills and the ability to take on various tasks.
• Ability to explain concepts or procedures in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.
