About the team

Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.



Job Description:

1. Conduct quality assurance checks on video content reviewed by moderators.

2. Lead calibration sessions to align moderator and QA understanding of quality standards.

3. Responsible for configuring high-quality IP-related videos according to certain dimensions.

4. Oversee official accounts and deliver reports with insights to improve content selection.

5. Stay updated on the latest trends and features on TikTok and ensure content aligns with current best practices.

6. Work closely with the product operation team to understand their vision and objectives.
