You will be reporting to the Financial Crime Investigations Lead and be a part of the AML operations department. In this role you will be involved in the Transaction Monitoring process, but also might be asked to support other Compliance related operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis. At this stage we are a small team that will grow significantly in the coming years, therefore we are looking for someone that will take part in shaping the Investigations processes within Volt. </p><p></p><p><strong>What the role involves</strong> </p><ul> <li>Investigate customer actions flagged by TM systems</li> <li>Conduct manual reviews of customer accounts and transactions</li> <li>Enhance investigation processes and scenarios</li> <li>Collaborate with other teams on compliance projects</li> <li>Provide compliance expertise and support</li> <li>Stay updated on AML regulations and best practices</li> <li>Prepare detailed investigation reports</li> <li>Contribute to cross-functional projects</li> <li>Continuous learning and development in compliance.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul> <li>At least 4 years of AML/FCC/KYC/Compliance experience </li> <li>Wide scope of operational knowledge within Transaction Monitoring Investigations</li> <li>Experience in Screening and Sanctions will be a plus </li> <li>Understanding logic behind TM scenarios will be a plus</li> <li>AML certification (preferably CAMS, ICA, CFCS)</li> <li>Fluent English is a must.<br/><br/> </li> </ul><p><strong>What happens next?</strong></p><ul> <li>Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our People &amp; Culture representative. The video meeting will take about 30-45 minutes</li> <li>Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by our Financial Crime Investigation Lead and Merchant Onboarding Specialist and will last 1 hour,</li> <li>Our VP and SVP of Compliance would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 45 minutes,</li> <li>There’s another person that wants to meet you.
