Business Operations Mgr II- Materials and Tests Division

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Operations Manager II to support the Materials and Tests Division. This position plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating business operations. The selected candidate will manage administrative, financial, and operational processes; develop and implement business policies and procedures; and provide leadership on budgeting, performance tracking, and organizational efficiency initiatives. This role collaborates closely with division leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with TxDOT’s mission of delivering a safe, reliable, and durable transportation system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and will have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically focused environment.
