The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Create, operationalize, lead and evolve a comprehensive process for platform software projects that is aligned with Solventum’s overarching procedures but is tailored to the unique needs of the digital platform to ensure successful, impactful customer features.
  • Lead and execute platform-wide, cross-functional software projects that involve changes to features, workflows and custom treatment designs in the Dental organization.  Coordinate and execute all activities critical to project success.
  • Partner with Upstream and Downstream Portfolio Marketing Managers to define program scope and ensure timely, efficient execution—delivering projects on schedule and meeting all objectives.
  • Champion best practices, foster effective communication, and ensure continued alignment with business stakeholders and roadmaps.
  • Drive process, requirements definition and feature prioritization across the platform and all impacted systems to ensure realistic timelines and scope.
  • Proactively manage risk and clearly communicate key milestone progress and critical project challenges to all stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner
  • Close collaboration and integration with the Digital R&D team and dotted line reporting to the Global Digital Platform Director.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related work experience
  • 5 years of experience specifically in project leadership or functional management experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries
  • Strong understanding of product software development and digital workflows
  • Ability to manage scope dynamically through iterative planning and stakeholder negotiation
  • Strong analytical and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
