As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing warehouse operations by leveraging technology and deep understanding of warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to support and maintain supply chain systems including ERP, WMS, manufacturing, quality, and other related technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and an understanding of business processes.
Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.

General Responsibilities
- Provide support and training to warehouse staff on systems usage, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Serve as primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Create documentation and user manuals for system processes and procedures
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality, reliability, and data integrity.
- Participate in the implementation of supply chain systems and related technologies.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- 0-2 years of tech/applications support experience
- CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional, or equivalent experience
- Office 365, Slack, Jira experience or knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
- HighJump Certification or equivalent warehouse management system experience
- Oracle Supply Chain Management
- 3-4 years of systems administration experience
Work Schedule + Benefits
• Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
