New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning role is a critical part of Marvell’s Supply Chain Management Organization. We drive new products to the market early by collaborating with Customers, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and multiple production planning teams inside Marvell, by managing foundry partners and OSAT partners to deliver high quality IC parts.What You Can Expect

• Overview of New Product Introduction Process in a fabless company with global footprint
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologies & Processes end to end
• Phases of Product Development, key challenges and deliverables
• Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management Systems
• Quality Management Systems relating to NPI
• Project Management, Scheduling & Delivery
• Data analytics and visibility
• Order Management Processes
• Continuous Improvement Processes
• Project Success Method
Key Assignments:
• Planning, Scheduling & Production Ramp of a new product
• Automation & continuous improvement projects with latest technologies such as generative AI
• Collaborate with cross functional team, perform data collection, review, analysis & provide recommendations for improvement actions.
• Key Materials Inventory monitoring & Analysis
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industry Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Statistics or Applied Science
- Preferably double major candidates with academic exposure in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology & Business Administrations
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
17 - 35, $ per hour.The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
