The Role:
The mission of the QA Engineer at Kooomo is to ensure the highest standard of quality in the company's eCommerce software solutions. 

This involves contributing too a dedicated QA team, implementing effective QA methodologies and best practices, and driving continuous improvement in testing and validation processes. 

Through these efforts, the QA Team Lead will help to deliver reliable, robust, and customer-centric products that strengthen Kooomo's position as a leading eCommerce platform.

Requirements

• Preparing, documenting, and executing test cases based on Business & Functional Requirements to ensure thorough testing of requirements. These will be both manual and Automated testing.
  
  
• · Working with Operations, Engineering, IT Product, and Client Services teams to analyse existing or develop new processes and systems in order to provide high-quality deliverables.
  
  
• ·Performing a variety of testing activities, including functional, non-functional, automated, performance, smoke, and regression testing.
  
  
• · Create and Maintain a suite of Automated Tests to improve coverage, efficiency, and reduce the need for manual testing. Work as part of engineering
  
  
• ·Collaborating with Product Owners to define and refine business requirements and acceptance criteria, then creating tests to verify them.
  
  
• · Reporting on various test metrics regularly and highlighting any issues that may have a significant impact on the platform or specific deadlines.
  
  
• · Obtain and maintain a in depth  understanding of the current platform business, how it operates, the various functionalities the platformbusiness provides etc.
  
  
• Developing and promoting QA best practices throughout the company.
  
  
• Identifying, setting up, and maintaining manual and automated QA tools
  
  
• Reviewing test cases written by less experienced colleagues to ensure all requirements are covered.
  
  
• Creating high level and/or detailed test plans for specific projects as needed or requeste

Qualifications:
