WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS?

Reporting to the HR/FEES & GENEX Purchasing Manager, you will mainly participate in purchasing activities in categories linked to this family, such as intellectual services, marketing, overheads, HR, on a global scope.

Concretely, you will intervene on:

• Support in the drafting of specifications, calls for tenders, financial and contractual negotiations, analysis of results, sourcing and selection of suppliers and monitoring and contractual deployment with internal clients
• Identification of needs with purchasing actors in different countries Market analysis (market studies / sourcing)
• Collection of data by Region/State of existing/Rationalization of needs
• Cleaning the supplier database Implementation (contracts, catalogs)
• Reporting management and monitoring: continuous improvement, updating and creation of indicators, analysis of KPIs, expenditure studies for the purchasing categories addressed and monitoring of services

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

• Bac+4/5 level student with a specialization in Purchasing
• You are interested in the world of purchasing
• You master the Office pack, IT tools and your level of English is fluent
• Quickly autonomous and open, you demonstrate involvement, pro-activity and professional curiosity
• You are recognized for your rigor and your interpersonal skills, at ease you are a good communicator
