What We Are Looking For:
We are currently looking for a full-time Lead Dental Assistant. The perfect candidate for this position is highly organized and a quick learner who can hit the ground running. The Lead Registered Dental Assistant (Lead EDDA) is a pivotal role that ensures efficient operations and oversees essential duties at the Okolona location. This position involves typical responsibilities such as assisting dentists during procedures, sterilizing instruments, check and sends out labs, and managing patient records within the PMS system, but also takes on overseeing staffing, clinical standards, invoicing, and ordering supplies. The Lead EDDA is vital for maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence within the practice.
