As a Vice President on the Chase Wealth Management Business Development team, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting initiatives that enhance advisor development and productivity. Our team operates under Chase Wealth Management, supporting branch-based advisors. We align our efforts with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's strategic priorities, utilizing thematic campaigns and field communication channels to drive growth and enhance client engagement. By fostering strong relationships and leveraging targeted initiatives, we aim to support the overall success of our wealth management business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine strategic communication of priorities to field leaders, ensuring clarity and impact in messaging.
- Facilitate field leader development through direct calls and a newly established leadership enhancement program.
- Develop content and manage agendas for field leader meetings, overseeing comprehensive event planning and day-of coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication of strategic priorities.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful presentations for executive leadership and committees.
- Mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Experience working directly with field leadership and advisors, understanding their needs and supporting their development and productivity.
- Proven experience in strategic communication and executive presentations.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to align initiatives with strategic priorities and drive growth.
