IMEG is growing, and we’d love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in our Minneapolis, MN office. As a Senior Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams and completing day-to-day administrative marketing tasks. The Senior Administrative Assistant will also be proficient in supporting all areas of engineering. Additionally, this position will demonstrate proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.
Principal Responsibilities
• Follow and promote IMEG standards
• Assist assigned team and other teams as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters
• Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
• Demonstrate leadership in the administrative role
• Arrange meetings, tasks, and travel as needed for team
• Exhibits problem solving and initiative when working with engineering team
• Phone answering as needed
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed
Required Skills/Abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with staff of all levels
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven self-starter
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with engineering specifications for all disciplines
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Associate Degree preferred
• 4 years of experience minimum required, 5 preferred, in administration
• Experience with engineering administration preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Salary Range $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options. In addition, IMEG Corp. provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
