The Premiere Mobile team is a creative, collaborative force building tools that unlock the potential of our customers' creativity. As part of the larger Adobe Video organization, we’re passionate about developing groundbreaking video creation and editing experiences across desktop, mobile, and web platforms. What You'll Do
In this pivotal role, you'll help build Adobe’s next-generation mobile video solutions. You'll play a meaningful role in improving the current user experience & support its ongoing evolution and drive the development of groundbreaking new features. You'll work to test new ideas, optimize the product, and oversee the integration of innovative frameworks, features, and workflows.
- Manage the product management lifecycle from ideation to successful implementation, ensuring features that meet market needs and compete effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, build, and marketing, to determine the best strategies for product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Adobe's strategic goals and vision.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they are communicated clearly to all collaborators.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize product offerings.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Product management experience — 4+ years, bonus for previous experience with relevant video-based mobile apps.
- Curiosity for user problems — Passionate about solving complex problems, have opinions on where the market is going, and always eager to learn more.
- Team Cheerleader — Have a persuasive, upbeat, and collaborative style that rallies everyone cross-functionally to deliver the best possible solutions for users.
- Product-led growth mindset — Conducting growth experiments, quickly analyzing outcomes, and improving experiences using data-driven decision-making.
- Resourceful and imaginative — Ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal.
- Outstanding organization — Move forward multiple initiatives simultaneously and proactively communicate status with executives and partners.
- Strong analytical abilities — An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions.
- Excellent communication skills — Clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view through written documentation or verbal presentations.
- Experience in prototyping, analytics, or development is preferred.
In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
