Position Overview

• Role: General Neurologist (Outpatient-Focused)
• Base Compensation: $350,000 annually
• Incentives: Productivity-based bonus structure
• Vacation: 4 weeks of paid time off per year
• CME: $1,500 annual allowance plus up to 1 week of CME leave
• Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
• Partnership Track: Available after 2 years
• Professional Coverage: Arizona medical license, malpractice insurance, DEA registration, and all staff dues covered by the practice
