As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Pay Rate: $25.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with established protocols for an aerospace and defense location.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities encountered during patrols or while on post.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles.
• Must have an active Department of Defense Clearance.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
