About the team 

The Global Operations & Analytics team delivers tailored payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to provide localized support and drive client growth, ensuring seamless solutions that help SMB clients thrive in competitive markets. 

What you’ll own  

This role sits within our two-year Business Breadth program, ideal for future leaders who want to explore a world of opportunity in the payments industry.  

This track offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every component of the customer journey within Worldpay. You’ll build a strong understanding of the key processes, technologies, and tools that are at the core of the business. Across four six-month rotations through client acquisition, project management, data analytics, and quality assurance you will build foundational industry knowledge and drive key initiatives that are the future of electronic commerce.   

This program is designed for ambitious graduates who are keen to develop their commercial knowledge. You’ll learn about how different functions work together to contribute to our global success. 

Where you’ll own it 

You’ll own it in our thriving, Cincinnati hub. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.   

What you bring 

Eligibility criteria: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology relevant field of study 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Data Analytics fundamentals
