Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (Level K) to join our Commercial New Business Team in Seattle, Washington!
This role will be responsible for ensuring supply chain readiness to support the growing commercial portfolio within Boeing Global Services. The Commercial New Business Team leads development of all supply chain related proposal inputs and project manages all non-recurring activities for supply chain capability & program deployments. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of the team across the supported integrated product teams (IPTs) as well as ensuring project delivery occurs on-time and within budget while deploying best practices and standard work across the team.
The Supply Chain Manager will directly manage a team of supply chain specialists and supply chain project managers. In this role, you will also regularly interface with program & supply chain leaders, suppliers and airline customers across the portfolio.

This position is 100% onsite with some flexibility available.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Manages Supply Chain employees performing activities related to committing internal resources to support campaigns and proposals across the commercial portfolio.
Develops and executes integrated project plans, policies and procedures and provides input on business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
Leads team in the development of proposals, operational models, IT integrations, and financial business cases.
Coordinates and integrates across the supply chain functional teams to ensure operational details and plans are well understood, committed, and deployed.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Provides oversight regarding high-dollar negotiations, processes and related tools.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and peer managers.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involve cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
3+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
