We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our Software Solutions team as a Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of Elekta’s cutting-edge software implementations and ensure a seamless customer experience. 

“This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work onsite at the client location. We welcome applications from candidates based across Spain and Portugal.” 

What You’ll Do 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during software implementation projects. 

• Ensure successful delivery of Elekta software solutions, managing timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction. 

• Drive improvements in project delivery processes and tools in collaboration with regional Order Fulfillment and Business Line teams. 

• Lead the rollout of new software products and manage high complexity/key account implementations. 

• Provide input to tenders and sales offerings by defining client requirements and implementation strategies.

What You Bring 

• Proven project management experience, ideally in IT or life sciences. 

• Understanding of healthcare sector and neuroscience systems and supporting software. 

• Basic IT infrastructure/networking. 

• Experience in customer-facing operations and software implementation. 

• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in MS Office. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to document projects per Elekta standards. 

• Fluency in written and verbal English & Spanish or Portuguese.  

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 40%.
