We're looking for a skilled <strong>Application Security Specialist</strong> to support a major international client in the banking industry.</p><p>You’ll be part of a global initiative to strengthen cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management, and operational resilience across multiple entities.</p><p> </p><p>Location:<em> <strong>Lisbon or Porto</strong></em></p><p> </p><p><u>Main Responsibilities:</u>    </p><p> </p><ul><li>Drive the roll out of the client’s global Application Security strategy.</li><li>Define and refine security guidelines based on real-world feedback.</li><li>Provide expert-level support (Level 3) on AppSec topics, helping teams analyze and resolve vulnerabilities.</li><li>Collaborate with solution providers to troubleshoot and enhance services.</li><li>Lead and participate in governance committees and contribute to key documentation.</li><li>Consolidate metrics and KPIs to report on global AppSec maturity.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><u>Profile:</u></p><ul><li><strong>+ 5 years of Expertise in IT Risk &amp; Cybersecurity</strong>, with a strong focus on Application Security.</li><li>Hands-on experience in <strong>vulnerability management</strong>, <strong>secure coding</strong>, and <strong>software architecture</strong>.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> (mandatory).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>(<strong>Hybrid work</strong>, with 2/3 days of work in the office in <strong>LISBON or PORTO</strong> per week)</p><p> </p><p><em>Are you the one?!</em></p><p><em><strong>Send your CV &amp; Join our team!</strong></em></p>
