Job Duties

Assists the Executive Housekeeper in a supervisory role with the effective and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring clean facilities and genuine hospitality for guest comfort and relaxation. Directly responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operations of a branded property in the guest rooms and public areas. Handles guest issues and concerns to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the guest and the Company. Other duties as assigned.

Mimimum Requirements: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years housekeeping supervisory experience or hotel managerial experience or an equivalent combination of education training and/or experience preferred. Ability to read and understand various correspondence, literature, reports, and basic mathematical functions. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, internal and external associates and guests. Must be flexible to work any day and shift.

Compensation& Benefits:

$61,000-$68,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
