Job Summary:

CooperVision is seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr Director to oversee and grow sales within our Global Integrated Channel - Corporate Accounts, specifically Essilor/Luxottica Group and IDOC / Specsavers.  This newly created global role will lead the development and execution of integrated channel strategies across these key U.S. and Global accounts, driving alignment with our Corporate Accounts global team, Canada, and LATAM to create initiatives and maximizing commercial impact. This role will also be responsible for oversight of and growth of  $125M domestic book of business and approximately $500M internationally.

 

The Sr. Director will manage a high-performing team and collaborate closely with our Global Corporate Accounts Team to ensure seamless coordination across geographies and functions.  This role requires a global mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed accounts and environments.

  • Channel Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement integrated channel strategies tailored to each global corporate account.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing
    • Align U.S. channel initiatives with global priorities and account-specific goals.
    • Identify growth opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to capture market share.

    • Build, lead, and mentor a team focused on channel development and account management.

  • Account Management
    • Serve as the primary channel lead for Essilor Luxottica, IDOC, and Specsavers within the U.S. market.
    • Partner with global account leads and team to ensure consistent messaging, execution, and performance tracking.
    • Maintain and enhance strong HQ relationships with key stakeholders across all accounts.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with the U.S. and Global Corporate Accounts Team, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Legal Team and Supply Chain.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication across U.S and Global time zones, requiring early morning and late-night availability.  
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Monitor and track channel performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Analyze data and implement Decile reporting to create and drive sales within specific corporate accounts.

Travel Requirements: 

50%+ Travel required.  Primarily US travel but some international travel may also be required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven success in managing global and/or large corporate accounts within the healthcare or optical industry.
  • Proven track history of strong leadership and team management skills are required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Must be flexible & comfortable working across multiple time zones (both domestically & internationally) including early-morning/later-evening meetings.

Work Environment: 

  • This role is a remote role, home-office based
  • Must have a professional workspace in home that is conducive to conducting business meetings

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, strategic account leadership and/or commercial operations. 
  • International/global experience is highly desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
