- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in staffing or scheduling preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Must live within 10–20 miles of the Allentown office
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Has strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally
