About the Role
Harman Professional is seeking a talented, highly motivated and dynamic acoustic engineer to join our product development team. The successful candidate will have the technical depth and proven experience to create and improve electro-acoustic software tools for simulating and modeling loudspeaker system performance. Candidate will demonstrate knowledge of loudspeaker acoustic performance, Digital Signal Processing tools, physics, and mathematical concepts for computation of complex fields. The candidate will be a team player, collaborate with engineering teams, and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment towards producing advanced and stable software for the engineering group. Assignments are broad in nature, requiring appreciable initiative, originality, ingenuity, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent analysis skills, advanced acoustic engineering experience and good understanding of professional loudspeaker systems.
