About the role

The Manager, Sponsorship Experiences, is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor (and exhibitor) experiences across a variety of events and mediums. Directly managing sponsors/ exhibitors and working collaboratively with the client, vendors, and colleagues to provide seamless event delivery and a cycle of continuous engagement for the sponsors.   

The individual in this role supports the development of strategic relationships with sponsor accounts to achieve long-term, high value relationships. They partner with the sales team, the client and the sponsors to understand both sponsor and client objectives and business needs. They Contribute to the achievement and exceeding of revenue targets through the delivery of world class sponsorship experiences and seamless end-to-end delivery of the sponsors participating in events.
  • As part of the end-to-end sponsorship team, you will be guiding sponsors and exhibitors through their sponsorship participation in client shows (for example booth experiences, digital elements, content and sessions, graphics, registration etc), and in tandem working with client workstreams across those elements of the package to fully execute the sponsorship elements.   
  • Be the sought-after of “voice of the sponsor” influencing teams and vendors to think “sponsor first” in an integrated manner that enhances the sponsors and attendee experience.   
  • Deliver a first-class sponsor experience by directly managing sponsors to successfully execute their event sponsorship package and engagement opportunities (MPOs – additional sponsorship elements).  
  • Collaborating with client workstreams to identify timelines and execute on each area of the packages and additional marketing opportunities (MPOS).    
  • Proactively develop and implement processes for delivery of these sponsorship packages and MPOs.  
  • Contribute to the development, communication and management of sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, tech specs, key dates review processes approvals etc.    
  • Where appropriate, contribute to the financial management of sponsorship packages inclusions and MPOs in conjunction with vendors and client teams, may include tracking, forecasting, reporting and risk mitigation.    
  • Support in the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with senior level sponsor decisions makers to proactively identify and drive (in collaboration with sales) cross-sell / upsell opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth and revenue retention.   
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the client and sponsor relationship and sponsor opportunities across mediums through analysis of client and sponsor, identify an improvement plan to add value.   
  • Be a key player in project teams providing day to day guidance, sharing knowledge and experience to develop skills that model the Nteractive values at all times.

In this role you should have the following: 
  • Experience or working in sponsorship/exhibition execution at a high level or relevant transferable skills.  
  • Proven project management skills, running multiple projects on time and to budget   
  • Proven experience of delivering sponsorship/ exhibition packages   
  • Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple events and projects   
  • Proven excel and PPT skills.  
  • Strong business acumen with and intellectual curiosity   
  • Experience of working with the Microsoft eco-system is desirable   
  • Quiet home environment from which to work 
  • Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload speed for home broadband capacity to meet Nteractive homeworking business requirements.
  • Liking for and ability to travel for events throughout the year (approx. 20-30% of time)

    Base: $95,000-$100,000
    Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
