Your Job:
Brooks Running’s Integrated Marketing team is responsible for driving North American go-to-market strategic planning for all brand and product campaigns with a focus on attracting new audiences into the brand at the right points in the customer journey to deliver key performance metrics such as market share, revenue, and brand affinity. The Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and development of seasonal go-to-market campaigns. This role works with the Manager, Integrated Marketing, to set strategic seasonal priorities and facilitate the development of the campaigns that map back to them. You work in partnership with marketing channel owners and global business leaders to ensure all plans are integrated and aligned to overall seasonal marketing strategy and you drive creative workstreams with the internal Creative Studio and external agencies to bring the strategy and plan to life visually. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in brand or integrated storytelling and the ability to guide cross-functional groups to a cohesive output.

Responsibilities:

  • Support seasonal marketing campaign development from brief-in to in-market asset creation
  • Develop and deliver strategic guidance on seasonal marketing plans
  • Facilitate and drive influence among the regional and global channel owners to develop strategic, cross-functional marketing plans that deliver seasonal business priorities
  • Support development of a seasonal marketing calendar that defines regional storytelling
  • Facilitate tactical planning for seasonal campaigns, building the runner journey
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including regional channel owner’s creative, and global brand marketers
  • Collaborate in North American GTM planning to create relevant, impactful, and timely results
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations on regional seasonal marketing campaigns and tactical plans to gain buy in from key business stakeholders including Sales Management, Marketing Leadership Team, and Executive Leadership Team
  • Manage communications with a diverse range of regional and global stakeholders to ensure they have a clear understanding and guidance on what stories to feature and how they ladder back to overall strategic priorities
  • Support the development of regional marketing campaign assets to ensure all messaging and visual representations ladder back to overall strategic goals of the function, campaign and/or consumer journey
  • Manage and lead regional channel communications about key product and brand updates
  • Proactively manage various marketing and creative projects to support key seasonal brand and product campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related profession preferred
  • 3 years of experience in marketing (integrated, brand, or channel)
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and partnership across multiple divisions
  • Strong creative, planning, and conceptual skills
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
  • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
  • Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots”
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Proactive, self-starter who is hungry to learn about and implement new types of marketing programs

Compensation:The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $68,635 - $103,004 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and exp
