Leasing Agent (Tax Credit)

Description

Parkside Place is seeking a Leasing Agent.  You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.  

Tax credit experience is required.  

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities

· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood

· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email

· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects

Requirements:

• Specific Details: Onesite Software
• Tax credit experience 
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Must have experience, social media savvy marketing experience a plus
