 Salary: 95,000 - 110,000 / year based on experience

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and on-trend food production across patient dining, retail, and catering services.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all culinary operations, including retail dining, patient meals, and catering services.
• Develop and maintain high culinary standards that reflect current trends and client expectations.
• Inspire, mentor, and manage a talented culinary team to drive exceptional results.
• Champion sustainability, wellness initiatives, and seasonally inspired cuisine.
• Oversee menu development, purchasing, inventory, food cost control, and sanitation practices.
• Analyze operational performance and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage with customers and staff to communicate menu details and promote quality and safety.

 

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive kitchen/culinary management experience (healthcare or large-scale operations a plus).
• Culinary degree preferred; Bachelor's in Food Service Management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience planning and executing catering events.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Expertise in culinary trends, food safety, sanitation, and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other kitchen-related tech tools.
• ServSafe® Certification required.
