Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Account Services Liaison to join our Softheon team. The Sr. Accounts Services Liaison serves as a customer liaison in the industry for Softheon’s biggest clients. The Sr. Account Services Liaison is responsible for responding to client inquiries and articulating the status of their client’s current operations. Sr. Client Executive should have a passion for understanding software solutions and how they can impact the company’s client’s current and future operations.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s largest clients.
• Serve as a point of contact and respond to client inquires as needed.
• Triage issues such as user access requests, report validations, concerns and daily operational tasks, while also escalating to internal product and engineering teams for defects.
• Collaborate with internal departments and teams to identify and prioritize solutions and timelines for client issues and product enhancements.
• Create and deliver reports such as, quarterly business reviews and weekly status updates to main points of contact at dedicated carriers, ranging from daily operations to C-suite executives.
• Travel may be required to clients as requested.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another field of study related to the industry.
• Three to Five years of complex account management.
• `Accounts and Revenue in Excess of $100K/year or more.
• Azure DevOps experience preferred.
• Experience in SaaS Technology required.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in resolving complex technical issues with influence without authority.
• Proficient in the use of computer and software spreadsheet programs, inclusive of MS Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic and detail-oriented leader with an ability to manage time and projects in a fast-paced environment while managing simultaneous projects and clients.

• Ability to form strong relationships easily.
