Customer Care Intern

<p> </p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Handling customer orders process with possible input into SAP and/or resolution of issues related within the working day. </li> <li>Monitoring the goods delivery process to the customer and all possible issues.</li> <li>Management of all the issue related to the open orders - Backorders, Blocks and Customer returns.</li> <li>Issuing and checking invoices in electronic format with possible resolution of anomalies.</li> <li>Customers Support and assistance to the sales Team to ensure full satisfaction of all the external and internal requests.</li> <li>Complaints management.</li> <li>Support to the Team Supervisor and colleagues with Report and Analysis.</li> </ul> <p> <br/> What we are looking for in you:</p> <ul> <li>Good level of English (ideally B2 or above), both written and spoken, and good reading comprehension skills.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Excel required. </li> <li>SAP is a Plus.</li> <li>Aptitude for using advanced IT tools.</li> <li>Excellent ability to relate to customers and colleagues and to handle complaints and urgent requests.</li> <li>Aptitude for teamwork.</li> <li>Ability and Aptitude to work under stress.</li> <li>Aptitude for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service and processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we can offer to you:</p> <ul> <li>Paid 6-month internship experience (with possibility of renewal for further 6 months).</li> <li>Working in an international environment.</li> <li>Attractive benefits package.</li> <li>Inspirational colleagues &amp; culture.</li> <li>Possibility to make an impact.</li> <li>Fast Growing and innovative environment.</li> <li>A team-oriented company culture.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Workmode:</u> Hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Location:</u> our offices in Milan, Italy</p> <p> </p> <p><u>Planned incorporation date:</u> beginning of March 2024.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><em>We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
