Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative position is a support position for students and the Superior School of Real Estate team. Primary duties include assisting the students within the building, over the phone, and data management. There will also be administrative and clerical tasks to support the team!
**Eligible for $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!**
Location: This role is entirely on-site at our Charlotte location (14815 Ballantyne Village Way Unit 270 Charlotte, NC 28277)Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST.

What You'll Do

  • Answer student inquiries in person, by telephone, or through email and chat support.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with class preparedness and processing.
  • Accurate data entry of student information, and accurate maintenance of student and class records.
  • Assist students with scheduling and enrollments.
  • Assist in keeping the overall facility neat, clean, and well maintained. Daily tasks include
  • Provide friendly service, support, and encouragement to students.
  • Escalate queries and concerns to immediate supervisor
  • Assist the General Manager and Career Counselors by confirming class schedules with instructors, assisting with inventory counting, and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a pleasant demeanor and tactfulness.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and care while being mindful of business needs.
  • Typing/data entry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (including but not limited to, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Clear communication.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
